  • Patient information provided by users:

    • Sensitive data (such as name, date of birth, gender, and medical diagnosis) will be stored exclusively on the devices of the referring and reporting physicians.

    • Non-identifiable information related to EEG findings, which may be processed and stored in the cloud for analysis and reporting.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected will be used for:

  • Provide access to the software and manage subscriptions.

  • Generate and store standardized clinical reports, based exclusively on EEG findings.

  • Synchronize and store non-identifiable information in the cloud, complying with security standards to ensure patient privacy.

  • Comply with applicable legal, fiscal and health regulations.

3. Protection of Sensitive Data

At Neuro Data Analytics SA de CV, we take strict measures to protect sensitive patient data:

  • Sensitive data protected locally: Identifiable patient information will only be available to the referring and reporting physicians and will not be stored in our cloud.

  • Advanced Encryption: Non-identifiable data related to EEG findings is stored and transferred using industrial-grade encryption protocols.

  • Health regulations: We comply with the requirements established by the General Health Law and NOM-004-SSA3-2012 regarding the management and confidentiality of medical records.

4. Data Transfer

We do not share personal or sensitive patient data with third parties. Information related to EEG findings, stripped of identifiers, may be used for statistical analysis or medical research projects.
